SD-Gaming wants to extend our number of amateur teams in Europe. We are looking for League of Legend teams, Hearthstone players, etc. We strive for at least 1 major amateur team per country (team play) and 1 or 2 major amateur players per country (individual played games). If you meet the requirements, you are welcome.

The past 2 years we've established CS:GO-, CoD- and LoL-teams in the Benelux, Denmark and Spain. In total 4 Teams.

As a young, steady growing and stable organization, we continue to look for new opportunity's to extend our growth. Working with & for amateurs at the moment, we aim to become a professional company, in the future with paid competitive amateurteams all over Europe and paid employees; all serving the European market.

We are at the moment still driven by volunteers, working part time besides a regular job or study. No salary is yet paid, but necessary costs are reimbursed and price money is shared. We offer a contract for a specific period with the option to extend it.

Conditions

We communicate in English and it is elementary that all SDG members are able to communicate verbally as well as in writing in English besides your native language; including the Team Captains, Coaches and Team Managers. Also we think it essential to deal smoothly and with respect for cultural differences, as our organization will become more & more an international orientated company with employees in various countries. 

You

SDG is looking for teams. 3 members of a team must be 18+ and at least 2 of the members must have been playing in this team for 6 months or more. All of our teams must have an extra member: the contact person being the Team Manager and/or the Coach. He/she works closely together with the Director International regarding organizing support for the team and creating content for SDG.

SDG also looks for individual amateur Hearthstone gamers. Individual gamers (Hearthstone, Fifa, e.g.) need to posses good skills on English en Media/Content.

Goals

You aim to:

• play in national / regional offline tournaments in your country and (after proven quality and ranking) in Europe
• play in national and international ladders and cups 
• assure a representative impression on every event & occassion, showing respect, integrity and a professional approach towards fans, opponents and all other third parties
• assure to entertain on our Twitch SDG channel a live stream at least once a week & save ingame footage (e.g. screenshots)
• improve your gaming skills on a regular basis 
• work closely together with the organization
