Alex is the CEO from FragRadio and that is certainly NOT a boring job.

Alex: 

Firstly, I’d like to introduce myself as Alex King, most people call me Alex, I’m the CEO of The Gaming Radio Station FragRadio.com and I’m currently Living in the fantastic city of London, United Kingdom. I love Traveling and Visiting New Places, trying new foods and meeting new people, most of all i love traveling to Gaming & Music Events, and experiencing the buzz and thrill of it all.

Our gaming scene in the UK is currently at a pretty amazing place at the moment, over the last couple of years it's really grown and it's evident with the amount of people which attend events and how far they travel from just to visit them.

The fun and most exciting part of being the CEO of FragRadio is traveling to some of the world’s biggest and best gaming events, not to mention the smaller lan parties which i also attend in my spare time to unwind and play some of my favorite games such as the classic Counter Strike: Source.

The main events that we try to focus on in the UK are Insomnia Gaming Festival, which is mainly a mixture of LAN, Meet Ups' & Exhibiting from Gaming & Computer Companies, over the years the event has really grown with people from all walks of life, old and young. It's always a pleasure attending these types of events as it's always different from one event to the next, I’ve met some amazing companies, and friends while attending events like Insomnia and i highly recommend it to anyone wanting to really have a taste of the UK Gaming Scene.

Alongside Insomina we also attend various other events like EGX (Formally EuroGamer) which is the UK's biggest Videos Games event, they have hundreds of companies exhibiting their new games, consoles and products. One of the amazing things i think about EGX is that they don't just limit the event to big companies, they have an Indie Zone similar to Insomnia so that smaller developers can showcase their games alongside the bigger companies like Sony, Microsoft & Nintendo to name a few which really is a great way to open up the gaming scene to smaller devs and companies.

I personally cannot wait to see how the eSports Scene progress in the UK, it's really an exciting time for every gaming company, gamer and enthusiast alike. The Gaming scene can only get bigger and with the support of gaming events, and people visiting them there really is no limit to how big it can really get!
